Ballroom Supper Club
Chef Michael Diaz de Leon
May 31st–June 2nd & June 7th–9th
Ballroom Marfa announces a kitchen takeover at the Capri by Chef Michael Diaz de Leon for two weekends, starting May 31, 2024. Chef Michael Diaz De Leon is a first-generation Mexican-American born on the border of México and the United States in the culturally rich city of El Paso, Texas. He has spent most of his life in the duality that exists in being raised in a border town and has always had an affinity for connection and community through food. Formerly of Bruto in downtown Denver, a 3-year devotion to an omakase tasting menu locally and regionally sourced with little to no waste, Michael is now embarking on a journey of exploration and collaboration. And so are we.
Chef Michael’s kitchen takeover is open to all. No reservations required!
