Ballroom Marfa brought Brooklyn based noise-rock pop-punk duo, Japanther, back to Marfa for a special Halloween show “The Dancing Mummies Curse.” The San Pedro-based band Killer Dreamer supported them along with Gorgamoth who put on a small puppet performance of “The Tell Tale Heart.” The concert proved to be a night of super-hard, incredibly fast and eminently danceable punk from two of the independent scene’s most exciting bands.
